Stripes were clearly the theme in this minimal and modern collection from DKNY. These designs certainly aren't reinventing the wheel, but rather following the latest trend in a minimal/androgynous look. Nevertheless, these pieces are completely wearable, chic, and fashion forward. Each look has at least one element that sets it apart, whether it is in the knee-high sandals with straps and buckles, or in the combination of striped pieces. I like the simplicity of these designs, and how they speak for themselves without the use of accessories, hair, or makeup. It is, overall, a very clean look, which is not out of character for Donna Karan.
