Rusalki!!!! I was immediately in love with these photo's because it reminded me of the Slavic Rusalka, which is a water nymph/demon/mermaid creature. According to Slavic mythology, the Rusalki dwelled in the bottoms of oceans, and rivers. At nightfall they would rise out of the water and wander through the woods singing and looking for handsome men to lure into the water and ultimately drown. They were both beautiful and evil creatures.
After scrolling through the photos I was happy to see that this shoot was in fact, inspired by the Rusalka.
